A Domain Registrar is an organization accredited by the top-level domain (TLD) registry to manage the reservation of domain names by individuals and businesses. A domain registrant purchases and reserves his domain name through a registrar. Examples of registrars include GoDaddy, Fabulous, and Moniker.
