Accelerated Payments

December 06, 2013  |     |     |   0 Comment

In website investing, “accelerated payments” refers to a website buyer who received seller financing in a website sale making additional unscheduled debt payments. This reduces the balance of the loan and results in the early pay-off of the loan.

Some traditional lenders charge a penalty for paying off a loan early. But this is rare in a seller-financed website deal as this is an ideal scenario for a website seller. The seller receives full compensation for their website much earlier than expected.
