Amortization Schedule

Amortization Schedule is the table used to show past, current, and future payments in mortgage or installment loans such as website deals involving seller financing.

The schedule shows the number of payments due, the total amount due in each installment, the reducing principal balance, and the number of years required to fully repay the debt.
